Breaking news! MMK is announcing its new affiliation with the esteemed law firm Spencer West!

In 2018 MMK was launched. Since then, its founder Megan M. Kelly has grown the firm with an office, staff and services to accommodate our growing clientele in Florida and Colorado.


Today, in an effort to continue to broaden the array of services we are able to provide for our clients, we will now be affiliating with the global firm Spencer West. Spencer West is a leading UK-based firm with offices around the globe and, most importantly, a growing presence in the U.S. The firm's U.S. headquarters is in New York, with additional offices in San Francisco, Washington (DC), Chicago and Miami. Spencer West's practice areas are as diverse as its clientele, providing limitless legal resources for its clients. Additionally, Spencer West has a strong reputation for client focus across a multitude of international jurisdictions, and our decision to affiliate with the firm arises out of a shared commitment to excellent client services and innovative legal solutions.


MMK believes this move will provide support for our clients’ more sophisticated trust and estate planning needs, including cross-border wealth structuring and corporate transactions, all while maintaining the close, relationship-driven approach of a local firm. 


MMK will continue to operate with offices in Naples, Florida and the Denver Tech Center with a continuity of staff with whom our clients have grown familiar. Our focus on accessibility and excellent client service will also continue. We believe the collaboration with Spencer West strengthens our capabilities and positions us to better serve your evolving legal needs in an increasingly interconnected world. Megan M. Kelly, Esq.

Attorney

Megan is a licensed attorney in both Florida and Colorado with more than two decades of legal experience. Over the years, she’s built a reputation for explaining complex legal issues in plain English—and for delivering calm, thoughtful guidance through challenging decisions.


She’s especially known for:

  • Making clients feel heard and empowered
  • Creating clear, customized estate plans
  • Supporting business owners with practical, long-term strategies
  • Mediating disputes with empathy and objectivity


Megan is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator and brings a steady, solutions-focused mindset to every matter she handles.

Maja Kalina Dobosz

Paralegal

Maja Kalina Dobosz is a dedicated Florida paralegal who specializes in probate and estate planning. Born in Olsztyn, Poland, Maja is fluent in Polish and embraces her multicultural background as an asset in her legal work.


With a solid grasp of legal knowledge and confidence under pressure, Maja is committed to delivering exceptional service to clients while ensuring they feel valued and respected at MMK Law. She is known for bringing integrity, empathy, and resilience to every matter she handles to help clients navigate often emotional and complex legal situations.


Maja’s interest in law and public service began early, when she had the opportunity to complete the New York City Police Academy under a special teen program. This experience provided her with foundational instruction in law, procedure, discipline, and community relations – skills she continues to apply in her paralegal practice today.


Maja graduated Magna Cum Laude in her Bachelor of Science in Police Studies from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She was also a part of numerous prestigious honor societies during her Master of Science in Criminology degree from Florida State University. Maja is currently completing her second Master’s in Public Policy and Administration from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Upon completing her studies, she plans to pursue law school to further expand her ability to advocate for clients.


She is passionate about building strong relationships with those she serves, making sure each client receives the individualized attention they deserve as their legal matters are handled with care at MMK Law.
